Question 3

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Use the free estimate form on our website, call us at (706) 252-3813, or send a message through the contact page. We'll confirm your appointment and send a reminder.

Question 4

Do you offer mobile service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For many repairs and all detailing services, we can come directly to your home, workplace, or wherever your vehicle is located throughout the CSRA.

Question 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $30 no-show fee may apply for missed appointments without notice.

Question 6

Are estimates really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, diagnostic consultations and estimates are completely free with no obligation. We believe you should know exactly what's wrong and what it will cost before you commit to anything.

Question 7

Can I supply my own parts?

Accepted Answer

We prefer to source parts ourselves so we can warranty the repair. If you supply parts, we'll do our best to install them but cannot offer a warranty on customer-supplied components.

Question 8

What brands do you use for aftermarket parts?

Accepted Answer

We source only from reputable, professional-grade brands, never budget or eBay-tier parts. For brakes: Wagner, Bosch, StopTech, EBC. Suspension: KYB, Monroe, Moog, Dorman. Exhaust: Magnaflow, Flowmaster, Borla, AWE. Coilovers: BC Racing, KW, Tein. Intakes: K&N, AEM, Injen. Filters/plugs: NGK, Denso, Gates, Dayco. If OEM is the right call for your vehicle, we'll tell you and source it.

Question 9

Do you charge for diagnostics?

Accepted Answer

No. Initial diagnostic consultations are free. If a more in-depth scan or teardown is required to diagnose the issue, we'll let you know before any charges apply.

Question 10

Can you help if my car can't be driven to the shop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your vehicle isn't drivable, we can help coordinate a tow to our shop through a trusted CSRA towing service — available any time, day or night. We don't operate the tow truck ourselves, but we'll handle the coordination for you. The full cost of the tow will be deducted from your final repair bill as a discount. This tow-assist discount is the only discount available in that situation — referral discounts still apply separately. Just call or text us at (706) 252-3813 to arrange it.

Question 11

What does your warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for most mechanical repairs. This covers brakes, suspension, engine work, electrical repairs, A/C, transmission service, and exhaust. See our Warranty page for full details.

Question 12

How do I use my warranty?

Accepted Answer

Simply contact us and describe the issue. We'll schedule a time to inspect the vehicle and, if the repair is covered, fix it at no charge for parts and labor.

Question 13

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

No. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner at the time of the repair.

Question 14

Does the warranty cover detailing or paint services?

Accepted Answer

No. Detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and paint protection film are not covered under the mechanical warranty.

Question 15

What types of vehicles do you work on?

Accepted Answer

We work on most domestic and foreign passenger vehicles: cars, trucks, and SUVs. If you're unsure whether we service your vehicle, give us a call or submit a free estimate request.

Question 16

Do you do performance modifications?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer cold air intake installation, exhaust upgrades, suspension lowering kits, performance tunes, sway bar upgrades, and more. Contact us to discuss your build.

Question 17

What detailing services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer full interior and exterior detailing, paint decontamination, single and multi-stage paint correction, ceramic coating application, headlight restoration, engine bay detail, and ozone odor treatment.

Question 18

Can you handle check engine lights and electrical issues?

Accepted Answer
